  the‌‌   hands‌‌   of‌‌   the‌‌   prosecution‌‌   Office‌‌   in‌‌
  Medan‌‌   since‌‌   1980s‌‌ 
which‌  ‌is‌  ‌not‌  ‌yet‌  ‌to‌  ‌be‌  ‌fully‌  ‌processed.‌  ‌His‌  ‌office‌  ‌would‌  ‌not‌‌   waste‌‌   much‌‌   time‌‌   and‌‌   would‌‌   quickly‌‌

of‌  ‌his‌  ‌staff‌  ‌on‌  ‌administration‌  ‌matters.‌  ‌Therefore,‌  ‌employees‌  ‌who‌  ‌are‌  ‌not‌  ‌yet‌  ‌trained‌  ‌in‌‌  
administrative‌  ‌matters‌  ‌should‌‌   not‌‌   be‌‌
  allowed‌‌   to‌‌
  deal‌‌   with‌‌   such‌‌   tasks‌‌   in‌‌   the‌‌   minutes‌‌   of‌‌
