Cash is king

This axiom can be applied to my daily living as a potential investor and entrepreneur its because cash is
what receive by firm and can be reinvested or used to pay bills so even I have profits or net income on
my investment or business I cant spend it because these are papers figures only. That’s why cash is king.

All risks is not equal

As a potential investor/entrepreneur I will apply this axiom because its important to diversified
investment to the different level of risks to creates offsets between good and bad results .and one thing
that this axiom want I want to my apply is don’t put all your egg in one basket because it true and
important that when we invest or do business don’t put all our investment and capital the one area we
must diversified it because even if the one investment or businee gotfail you have the peace of that you
can have another business or investment that you have.

The risk-return trade off

As a potential investor/entrepreneur this axiomis applicable because everyday , every decision we make
should be evaluated for risk, because the more risk an investment has we also want higher return .
