Camper van Ford Transit to sell

Manufactured in 2001. It was a nurse home minibus until 2012 (all maintenance in official Ford
workshop stamped in log book). 107.000 miles (170.000 km).

Converted in camper van in 2016. Sold in 2018 to actual owners. Since, many investments and
improvements.

Engine: 2402 CC DuraTorq DI (TDCi 16v).

Registered in Logbook as campervan. Cheap annual insurance having another car (300 €).

Road Tax: 112 €.

Bike rack exterior for 2 big bicycles (Fianma). Can transport more bikes inside.

Can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids, or even + 1 baby. Legally, can seat 5 people, but it keeps 9 seats
with safety belts: 3 in front row, 4 looking back and 2 rear looking forward. So, can choose where
to seat.

Running water and waste water tank. Portable gas stove, table for inside and another for
outside, with 4 stools. 2 chocks Fianma to park leveled. Portable potty (stored under beds).
Cooler. Electric hoover.

Electrical installation with second battery (Leisure Battery), charged as you drive, but
disconnected when camped (split relay installed, keeping vehicle battery always fully loaded).
Leisure battery runs music, tap, heater, interior lights, step...

Static heater (Eberspacher Airtronic D2) manufactured in 2015, installed in 2019: burns diesel.
Very quiet. Electric step. New radio JVC installed with USB and external input. Rear sensors for
parking (progressive acoustic warning). 2 keys (one new) with centralized system and remote
control.

Inside: mattresses, blinds in all windows (real blind fabric, very effective to hide sun). Great
luggage capacity.

Must see: very clean, best Transit of this age, no rust on the belly at all.
