SPANISH BREAD

Ingredients:

1 Cup Evaporated Milk


1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
2 Tbsp. Instant Yeast
Mixed and let the yeast bloom for 10 mins.

1 egg
1/3 Cup Butter/Margarine
31/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
PLACE IN A MIXING BOWL THEN MIX THE ALL INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE:

Place the all Ingredients in a mixing bowl then mixed. After that one .take the dough out.then form
into a ball and place into a oiled bowl.Cover with cling wrap or clean cloth set a side and let it rest for 1
hour ………. After 1 hour proceed the dough (Punch out the gas)

Take out from the bowl make it flat..cut and divide into 20 pcs.and form into a ball, the flatten and fill.
Roll and pinch the seams to seal ,tuck in both sides, then dredge in bread crumbs, let rest for 30 mins.

Bake in a pre –heated oven 180 degree Celcius (20-25 minutes )

After 25 mins…

DELICIOUS SPANISH BREAD IS DONE………………………………………..
