Who are the parties exempted from Mandatory Continuing Legal
Education (MCLE)?

the MCLE requirements for the current compliance period. What will happen
to him if he failed to comply with the said requirements? What will you
advice him to do? Pls. expound your answer.

III.
How many MCLE units/hours does a member of the bar need to
complete every three (3) years? On what MCLE compliance period are we in
now (as of September 2017)?

Read the case of Samuel B. Arnado v. Atty. Homobono Adaza, A.C. No.
9834, August 26, 2015 and answer the following questions:

provided in Bar Matter No. 850. If yes, please enumerate his
violations.

b. Was the MCLE Office also negligent in processing

Atty. Adaza’s application for exemption?

c. What was/were the penalties meted to Atty. Adaza,

if any?
