Roles and Responsibilities:
Overall managing the marketing strategy as well as the Production cycle of the
machines that includes various operations like Fabrication, Grinding, Drilling, Cutting
and hence to complete the full machine as per the scheduled plan.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Resolving the different issues which occurs in the Uber app process where as
the drivers email the issues which occurs during the pickup and drop off during the trip
that includes the mistimed trip, toll concern, tech error, fare adjustment, upcharge
request, service animal request and then the different types of issues which are not
related to the trips are identified and routed to the concern departments. Then in the
meantime the team hurdle is conducted for the whole team and the new updates which
are introduced are explained for the betterment of the process.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the Machine is done on daily basics that include the following
machines like CNC MSM, Traub Machines and then according to the Production Plan
the Shift checklist details are assigned to the workers on the Rotational basics and then
the Daily production checklist is assigned and monitored for these Machines in order to
check the Overall production for the day as well as Breakdown or Shutdown is also
monitored to check the overall production of the products.

Then in the Stores department the finished products are counted and then
updated in the bin card on Daily basics when the products are received or delivered to
the customers for their purpose and the updating of the bin card is done by the store
supervisor which is been checked by the store in charge on weekly basics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintenance of the Electrical equipment’s that includes the Generator 500kva
Cummins, Electrical panels like LV,MV,HV and then the maintenance of the
Transformer capacity of 800kva and Input voltage is 11kv and Output voltage is 415v
and then the maintenance of Air conditioning unit, Monitoring the Ups systems, 30 Kva,
40 Kva, 50Kva, 60Kva Ups etc and monitoring the Ups systems for every one hour and
noting down the readings respectively and then the air conditioning unit is monitored for
every one hour and the readings are noted.

Then the complaints regarding the cooling is rectified by adjusting the set
temperature in the A.c unit or by changing the mode of the A.c unit for the entire floors
and then the weekly maintenance is done in the A.c unit by cleaning the filters and also
the Maintenance of the Generators is also carried out.

Project Coordinator, Star Networking Services Mar 09 - Apr 10

Scope of the Project: Laying off Fiber Optic Cable for the installation of CCTV
(Closed Circuit Television) for the security purposes within the port premises.
Roles and Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the laying of the Fiber Optic
Cable for the whole distance of 14KM (14,000 meters). This included management of
man power as well as machinery for this project as well as overseeing the laying of
chambers as well as fixing the route markers. Daily reports had to be submitted to the
Project manager and discussions made on the various issues that came up during the
course of the Project.

Client: Thejo Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd

Scope of the Project: The Company had shifted their office to new premises and they
wanted us to enable their Networking capabilities within their office for Internet
Purposes.
Roles and Responsibilities: Supervising and coordinating the complete laying of
CAT-5 cable and routing of voice and data cable. We had given them a fully-fledged
solution which included both data and voice solutions. This included fixing of data points,
voice points and conducting tests on the LAN cables. This was done for every floor in
the office.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Sarcar Foundations Oct 06 – Feb

Roles and Responsibilities: Worked as Maintenance Engineer and overlooking day to
day operation of the sewage treatment plant. This includes checking the transformer
reading to calculate the usage of electricity, noting down the meter reading of the three
pumps (80HP, 80HP and 30HP at regular intervals. Based on these readings a chart
was made on daily basis to calculate the overall performance of the machinery in the
plant.

Academic Project:
Title of the Project: Yarn Sensing Detector (Atmel 89c52 Micro-controller based)
Description: This idea behind this project is to avoid the wastage of yarn that occurs in
the textile manufacturing units. This sensor monitors the yarn while rolling on the
spindles that are placed to roll the yarn in the cylindrical box. While rolling, when the
yarn is cut it is detected by the IR proximity sensor and this is indicated by the glowing of
LED. The time, date and position of the incident is recorded and stored for analysis.

Mini Project:
Description: The idea behind this project is to avoid the usage of mobile phones in
Public places like Hospitals, Schools and Colleges. Even though the usage of mobile
phones is restricted in these places the general public still go ahead and use their
phones. Through this project we jammed the signals within a small radius thereby
preventing the user from making or receiving phone calls.
