Hi. I watched an interesting programme on the internet last night.

It was called "Healthy Living" and


it was about how to form healthy habits in teenagers.

The presenter thinks that young people use mobile phones far too much. He also thinks that young
people should spend more time being physically active.

In my opinion, teenagers use mobile phones a lot. In fact using mobile phones to much is unhealthy.
But on the other hand teenagers communicate with each other by using smartphones and that is the
way the world looks today. I also think that teenagers are very often fat. For this reason they should
do more physical activity.

In my opinion, the programme was very interesting and relective and worth to watch. Please share
your opinion about it.
