JOB Description
About the Role:

We are currently looking for the Head of Digital Marketing to establish our digital
Marketing Division. This will involve managing an in-house team of 10 resources
along with vendors and agencies to drive the firm's branding and marketing
objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for lines of
business identified in order to attract potential customers and retain existing
ones.
 Develop strong and innovative digital marketing strategies, using SEO, PPC,
and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in
the firm's products and services.
 Building brand awareness, and increasing brand value by unique
communication lines.
 Be able to manage and allocate budgets. Be analytical and possess the ability
to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans execution
(appropriate, effective use of common technologies).
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and
assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on
the insights.
 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Develop a complete
Customer Engagement program for all the Vertical.
 Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
 Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer
experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
 Creates engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-
date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.
 Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluate emerging
technologies.
 Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
 Work closely with the Business Head of the Verticals to provide the
necessary marketing support.
Must Haves:
 Required Experience with an Agency(e.g. Madison or Group M).
 Managed a Portfolio of 50 L + per annum
 Managed a Team of 10 (Atleast 5 +)
