Of all the Motivation Theory, which is the best motivators and effective for the success of the
organizations. (10pts.)

In my opinion, the Maslow motivation theory is one of the best motivators and most
effective theories in terms of the organization’s success. This implies that people have a
hierarchy of needs and that all humans behave in a manner. This is referred to as the higher-
level needs with a hierarchical triangle representation. In general, when one set of needs is met
and fairly fulfilled, the next stage of needs emerges to overtake it and become a motivating
factor to a person. As a result, certain needs remain unsatisfied, motivating a person to work
hard. A satisfied need is not a motivator. Individuals are motivated only through unsatisfied
desires. It proposes a very easy approach to management challenges in which managers
should aspire to fulfill workers' needs in this precise sequence based on Maslow's higher-level
needs.

Motivation is very much needed for employees in an organization to be productive which


can emanate from with an employee with a passion and desire to work and produce results.
Employees in a company want motivation to be productive, which can come from someone who
is passionate about their work and wants to achieve results. Maslow motivation theory is a form
of self-motivation used by employees to increase their feelings of accomplishment, as well as
their morale and willingness to work. All employees must be aware of the company's mission and
objectives and work together to achieve them. Employees perform their duties diligently if they
are inspired and motivated as the results will always be positive with efficient production that
affects the overall success of the organization. If employees are driven and motivated, they will
fulfill their obligations effectively, and the results will often be positive, with productive output that
affects the organization's overall performance.
