Head that the facilities provided to the staff for recreation and refreshment are inadequate.
The HR Head asks you to forward the scenario in written form. Keeping in view the given
scenario, write a short memo-report about the mentioned problems with some

I want to point your attention towards the fact that recreation and refreshment facilities provided
to staff are insufficient. There are not many facilities like Gym, gaming equipment, rest rooms
which can help staff to refresh in stress situation .Also our company do not organize many
recreation activities or events. Food available in our cafeteria is also not very healthy. This is
resulting in growing stress level, lack of concentration and low productivity of staff.

We request you to pay attention to this matter and please take measures to provide a healthy
working environment which is beneficial for company and staff both.

standards. Latest step in this direction is launch of a new range of ice-cream flavors in 2 liter
bucket. We consider that these new product can be an attractive addition for your customers and
will bring more business.

These new 2 liter buckets are introduced focusing customers who organize events and parties e.g.
birthdays and consider a bucket of ice-cream a mandatory item on their event’s menu. Buckets

New flavors maintain same quality as our previous products of Hico Ice Cream. These flavors of
