Diet should be one of the first things we look at our overall health.

And no, we don’t


mean ‘diet’ in the ‘trendy new diet’ way. When we say diet, we simply mean the types of food
we use to fuel our bodies. Often, just changing one’s dietary habits may promote better health.
Ironically, nutrition is usually the last thing most people consider. For many, those who consume
a nutritious diet experience not only positive health, but also the added benefit of a heightened
sense of overall well-being. Moreover, you may find a sense of relief or support when diet and
lifestyle are changed

For me, the ideal weight is when someone is feel confident in their weight and I think the ideal
weight for me is from 57 to 58kg because we also have to take care of our health

well, one day I tried a diet, by reducing the portion of carbohydrates, and stopped eating when it
was six P.M and I think that it's the best way to manage our weight.

Sometimes it feel hard to hold back our appetite when we have our favorite food for snacks. But
we must have a strong determination to diet.

In my perspectif, weight is not something that matters if you feel confident. Because in my
opinion, beauty is not always about you being thin, ideal, or fat but it come from inside

Yes, the diet that I did it went very well and really make me lose a few weight , the most
important thing to do in diet is about our determination and how we can regulate our own diet

The diet that I recommend is a diet with a balanced intake, which means the intake of
carbohydrates, protein, and fiber is balanced or if you want to, you can reduce the portion of
carbohydrates or some portion of your food.
