TYPOGRAPHY

I want to use lots of bright colours in my products. I don’t want to have too much negative space;
this is because I want a bust layout with lots of layered images and typography. I think bright
colours will help to convey that this magazine is targeted at 16-25-year olds, and make it
recognisable as this magazine. I also think that bright colours and a busy layout, with layered
images will help the product to stand out, and attract an audience with a first glance.
In a lot of my inspiration pictures I have included ones with graphics. This will add more colour to
my product, and also it adds a different texture to the product.

This is some typography inspiration for my products. I like the retro feel for my typography. I want
bold fonts that stand out, and are noticeable on the products. I want to use the bold, larger fonts
for the masthead, and coverline headlines:
Then for the cover lines, like stories, and more information, I will use still bold, but slightly less, like
this one
