First Topic: Syllabus

1. Checking of syllabus
- from grade 7-grade 10, all syllabus were completely signed by the technical working committee
and the external expert.
2. All syllabus are accurate to the ISO approved format

Second Topic: Monitoring of Topics

1. Some of the teachers were not able to discuss some of the topics because of some unexpected class
interruptions.
2. Sir Cabonce raised the question, “What if there are the same topics from different area, can we fuse
it?”
3. Topics with the same content like art and music education can be fused to one discussion only
4. Teachers with the same level, if possible there must be one learning plan and questionnaire
Third Topic: Performance Task

1. There should be no duplication of performance task from grade 7- grade 10


2. Not all performance task will be given during periodical to lessen the tasks of the students
3. Performance task must be meaningful and not just for compliance purposes only

Others:

1. Sir Reyes open the topic about the proper area/venue for the performance task since teachers nad
students are not allowed to use the quadrangle/stage
2. Discussion of the ceiling grade
3. No exemption of TESAW, BAND, RONDALLA, CHORALE and DANCESPORTS in MAPEH subject

SYLLABUS:

1. Checking of syllabus from elementary to college. Subject teachers must have their own syllabus.
2. The alignment of the syllabus to other files, preparation for ISO audit
PERFORMANCE TASK:

1. Implementation – one performance task per grading period


- Clarification of performance task for elementary department (MAPEH)

2. Presentation of Performance Task


- identifying the performance task for second and third grading for MAPEH
- integration of MAPEH to other subjects
- presentation to the principal
- performance task must be indicated on the syllabus
-schedule of practices must not beyond 6 pm

TEST QUESTIONNAIRE:

1. checking of test questionnaire


2. teachers are not allowed to give test questionnaire without the stamp of the principal

COURSE OUTLINE:
1. List of students who received the course outline of the subject with signature

COMPETENCY MAPPING:
1. Coordinator presented the monitoring of the competency mapping
2. Discussing the content of competency map
3. Competency mapping from 1st grading to 2nd grading

LIBRARY COMPETENCY MAPPING:


1. The usage of books
2. Integration of using the library to the subject matter
3. Deadline Oct 21, 2019 (Monday)
4. Teachers are allowed to request books for implementation
