Toni and Agnes are staff nurses and both are assigned in the operating room complex.

They are college batch mates and are best friends since high school. They are well
known in the hospital as the power duo. In one of their shifts Toni told Agnes that she
is wasted, drunk and feels so dizzy. Toni is assigned to assist in a craniotomy case in
30 minutes.
1. If you are Agnes what will you do?  (15 points)
- For me , I will not tolerate Toni because we know that Surgical Nurses are a critical
part of the healthcare team and ensure that patients are well cared for before, during,
and after their surgery. They need specialized skills and knowledge in order to be
prepared for working in a surgical setting. The health of our patient is on our hand.
We should educate our self and be responsible .
2. If you are Toni, what will you do?    (15 points)
- For me , I will do my responsibilities for the health of my patient if even if I’m feel
dizzy to see the successful or happiness of my patient I feel okay , I will able to rest
after the surgery .
