As all of my clent demand, I need a user type named “Referral”.

Referral will get a commission from the payment page as above.

Referral is another user type who has no login right. But, they should have balance
database.
On the financial report page, there should be another data cell which contain dailies total referral
commission which will be deducted from the Gross Hospital Amount.
