ENGLISH PROFICIENCY WAIVER REQUEST FORM [FORM 3]

Yonsei GSIS requires applicants to submit proof of their English proficiency, as the program is
conducted entirely in English. If an applicant is a native speaker of English from one of the following
countries, they are automatically exempted from this requirement: United States, United Kingdom,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa. If an applicant has completed high school
and undergraduate education in English, they should submit proof to receive a waiver.

Please fill out this form if you have reason to believe that you should be exempted from the English
proficiency requirement and would like to request a waiver. Your request will be reviewed by the
admissions board and may be subject to verification.
