Dear Sir,
It is stated that we are students of MPhil Physics 4 th semester. We have applied for a
hostel seat in 1st semester, but still, we didn’t get it. Now the hostel warden is making a list of
new students in hostels 3 and 4. We have been told that they are planning to display an 80
students list, and our number in the list is still 118 and 119. This means that we couldn’t get
hostel seats in this last semester also. But we know for sure that many students living in the
hostel that are our juniors but still they got the seat and when we asked warden about that he
told us that they used some higher resources. Even some students of other universities and
some students of matric and FSC are additionally living in the hostels like in study room, TV
lodges. But there is no seat for Quaidian students like us even in the last semester of our
degree. This is the final semester of our degrees, and we have to focus our attention on our
research and thesis, so we desperately need a seat in boys’ hostel 3 or 4. In this regard, we
request you to please facilitate us with a seat that is our right more than other universities’
students and outsiders.
