For me, holistic healing is a treatment that considers the entire person: body, mind, and spirit.
This type of holistic therapy frequently combines complementary medicines and alternative
healthcare methods (therapy, yoga, massage herbalism, personal training) that may overlap
with modern-day western medicine but go beyond symptom treatment to assist more than just
the body. When a person does holistic wellness will be far more likely to feel better on a deeper
level, allowing them to live a more pleasant and truly healthy life. Holistic wellness is a way to
know more about yourself and be able to improve.

I am not a plantita, but I grew up watching how to take care of plants because my grandmothers
and parents are fond of it. I grew up in the province, that is why I appreciate nature, which is
also a way for me to cope with stress. Whenever I needed to be alone, I wanted a place with
clear air, a clear sky, and lovely plants surrounding me. When I heard that the WRP has a class
for arts and crafts, I wanted to attend that one because it is nice to learn more about how to
recycle things, and it could be beneficial for both nature and humans. The WRP class that I
attended helped my holistic wellness because I am not too fond of plants placed in an ugly pot;
it is one thing that could annoy me. It helped to relax a bit by seeing that I could lessen our
plastic trash and turn it into a pot because as what I have said my parents are the one who is a
plantita. I am the only one who is crafty in the house. I used to turn shoeboxes into bookshelves
and others because recycling is also a way to cope with stress for me.
