Prepare documents to receive I-20 or DS-2019. ❏
1. Complete the Rackham Affidavit of Financial Support ❐
2. Bank statement(s) or funding letter XXXXXXXX ❐
3. Copy of your Valid passport, photo page only ❐
4. If you have a dependent(s): XXXXXXXX ❐
● For each dependent, add the dependent's name to the Rackham Affidavit of
Financial Support, provide bank statement(s) that meets the "Total Estimated
Expenses" and the "Estimated Dependent Expenses."
● Submit a copy of the dependent's passport, photo page only.

Combine the documents in the order listed above and upload as a ❏

single PDF file (if possible).

Upload the file to the "Upload Page" in your Wolverine Access Friend Account. ❏
Once all the documents are approved, we will begin the process to prepare your
I-20 or DS-2019. Allow 3 weeks for Rackham to complete your I-20 or DS-2019.
