Your probation may be extended by 3 to 6 months if your performance is unsatisfactory during the initial period of probation. If your performance remains unsatisfactory after the period of extension, your appointment may be determined. ANNUAL LEAVE You shall be entitled to 15 working days annual leave which will be accessible on completion of 12 months of continuous service with the bank and the confirmation of your employment. MEDICAL COVER The bank shall provide medical cover for you and your immediate family subject to a maximum limit of N60,000.00. PENSION AND GROUP LIFE INSURANCE In accordance with the Pension Reform Act, the bank maintains a contributory Pension scheme for its employees and membership of the pension scheme is mandatory. You will also be covered by the Group Life policy of the bank in line with the extant Pension Reform Act. INFORMATION SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY The Bank considers Information Security as top priority in retaining customer confidence and brand protection. Therefore, you shall be required to adhere strictly to all the information security policies of the bank.
