Writing Time! Directions: Now that you have learned about the essential lessons on introduction
to Creative Writing, you can now write your first ever output to be included in your final project:
PORTFOLIO. Produce short paragraphs or vignettes using the learned lessons on Imagery, Diction,
Figures of speech using YOUR OWN specific experiences while you are taking this module. Write
your output on an A4 sized bond paper.

Taking on this subject thrilled me so much, specially that I am presently writing a fiction, and
a fiction is creative writing which contains imagery, diction and figures of speech which are the most
crucial parts of a literary work.
And as a perfect timing, I have picked up so much further about writing because of the
relationship of this course to my current hobby. And it is absolutely entertaining to review these
topics because it helps me practice my writing skill and my writing style. And the most fundamental
part here is I can apply any kinds of imagery, diction and figures of speech on my work, especially
that I have learned about them today.
By taking this course, I am challenged and exercised at the same time. While I was writing, I
really noticed that my writing skills and style just improved after I studied this subject. And I have
learned more about this, and my mind is refreshed after a long time of not discussing the certain
topics such as imagery, diction and figures of speech.
Although, I have encountered imagery and figures of speech before, I still have learned more
about them today which is more important, especially diction which isn't really familiar to me.
While I am writing this, I realized that I have improved now, and I can tell that my way of
writing today is totally different from before, not just because of this subject but also because I
made writing a hobby now.
