 Resolving ethical dilemmas is important mainly because it will give

solutions to the many conflicts encountered and the many
different situations it deals. Ethical dilemmas should be resolved
in order to have that clarity and that normal flow in business
operations where employees would be productive of their
respective tasks free from any distractions. Not only that but it
deals with consequences either good or bad, favorable or
unfavorable which helps discern issues and interests within every
person involved and would be affected by the ethical dilemma. In
business, many situations will be encountered which will lead to
numerous consequences and helping analyze those consequences
and making a decision based on those analysis will help all those
who are covered by the ethical dilemma be it employees,
executives and other stakeholders.
