explain their features such as

a) Definition of the cloud.

b) Characteristics (Who the service is offered to).
c) One advantage and one disadvantage (If applies).
d) Services that involve that type of cloud (Example: Name of companies that
offer services involving a particular type of cloud).

3. Name and explain two advantages and two disadvantages of Cloud Computing.
