AFFIDAVIT

I, BABY MARITES VILLARIN MADRID, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and a
resident of No. 12, Hamada Subdivision, Lourdes Extension, Baguio City, Philippines, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state that:

I am one of the Respondent in NPS No. 1-17-INV-18-0181, 0186, 0190,0191, 0217 and
0233 upon complaint of Jody Sadinto, Eduardo Titiwa, Wivina Olarte, Reyminda Banagen,
Shiela Kin-iway and Loreta Matches which was eventually filed before the Regional Trial Court
of Baguio City, Philippines and docketed as Criminal Case No. 41367-R by virtue of the
Resolution dated February 26, 2018 of the City Prosecutor’s Office;

My principal Editha Angeles Cruz and the rest of my co-accused filed a Motion for
Reconsideration with the Prosecutor’s Office prompting the Office of the City Prosecutor to
issue the Review Resolution dated March 20, 2018 coupled with the Motion to Dismiss signed
by Prosecutor Conrado V. Catral, Jr., whom my principal delivered the amount of P150,000.00
in exchange of the dismissal of the illegal recruitment against us;

I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of all the foregoing
and for all legal intents and purposes this may serve;
