● Poviided resources to supplier to close gap in small frame(capacity building help)
● The company’s focus was on quality right from conceptual stage and continued
throughout the manufacturing process.
● Highly competitive (competitors : Electrolux, General Electric, LG) pricing.
● Invested in innovation.
● Focus on training and development of employees( 6 Sigma training)
Cons:
● Strict supplier scoring process
● New product launch in short time span
● Emphasis on both quality and cost (very tough to maintain in long run)
