Equity Research Analysis

The major responsibility of an equities research analyst is to give extensive research

reports on the stock market industry. Analysts who work in equity research conduct research,
analyze financial data, and make financial predictions. Their extensive market expertise aids
investors in making significant decisions such as selling, purchasing, and owning a particular
investment.

Financial Planning and Analysis

The budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes that support an organization's
financial health and business strategy are known as financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
They look at business patterns and prior outcomes, offer advice on how to improve the
company's performance, and look at potential growth scenarios. It is a department within a
company's finance department that forecasts the company's profit and loss (income statement)
and operating performance for the coming quarter and year to senior management.

Venture Capital
A venture capitalist (VC) is a person who invests in companies with strong development
potential in exchange for a share of their stock. Venture capital funds new firms and new
ventures of current businesses that are based on high-tech ideas, as well as providing expertise. It
provides seed cash to fund breakthroughs even before they get off the ground.

Project Finance
Without extra sponsor guarantees, project finance helps finance new investment by
structuring the financing around the project's own operating cash flow and assets. As a result, the
strategy can reduce investment risk while also raising funds at a cheap cost, which benefits both
the sponsor and the investor. They are in charge of organizing all parties engaged in the project's
progress, including the financial, legal, and technical aspects.
