Venture Capital
A venture capitalist (VC) is a person who invests in companies with strong development
potential in exchange for a share of their stock. Venture capital funds new firms and new
ventures of current businesses that are based on high-tech ideas, as well as providing expertise. It
provides seed cash to fund breakthroughs even before they get off the ground.
Project Finance
Without extra sponsor guarantees, project finance helps finance new investment by
structuring the financing around the project's own operating cash flow and assets. As a result, the
strategy can reduce investment risk while also raising funds at a cheap cost, which benefits both
the sponsor and the investor. They are in charge of organizing all parties engaged in the project's
progress, including the financial, legal, and technical aspects.
