Since I suppose I'm the only person that knows how to update Roidmi 3s when you are stuck

on "Latest firmware already installed" I'm obligated to make this post.

Lately I've spent a lot of time searching for an answear to: how to update my Roidmi 3s when
app was saying that the latest firmware was already installed but in reality it wasn't.
My problem was generally the sound that it made when my phone connected to Roidmi, it
was really annoying and I knew that it was possible to turn it off on newer version, but I
could not update.
I searched for answear everywhere i.e. Russian, Chinesse forums and NOT EVEN ONE
person knew how to solve it, but today is your lucky day, becouse I lost a lot of my time and
finally found how to do it and I will explain it now.
In my case I was stuck on version 18 (you can turn off sound chime on version 19 or later)
So I will show how to update your Roidmi from version 18 to 19, but it should look exactly
the same if you are stuck on version 06 or any other that you are currently on.
First if you have iPhone you'll need to be "Jailbroken" to install older version of app,
meanwhile if you've got Android you're good to go right away.
For Android first you'll need to uninstall "Mojietu" app and than download and old APK of
this app, exactly version "2.6.0" in this verison app got rebranded and works as intended and
also allows for updates up to version 19. Here is link to website that stores older APK for this

When you'll install the app version 2.6.0 just click "update firmware" and congratulations
you've updated your Roidmi and are able to disable this stupid sound. :)
But if you have iPhone it's a bit more tricky becouse Apple dosen't allow to install older
version of apps so you'll need to be jailbroken, or you can borrow an Android phone from
someone, if you don't want to jailbreak your phone. (If you don't know how to "jailbreak"
your iPhone there are many tutorials online)
If you are Jailbroken then you are also good to go, you'll need a tweak called "AppStore++"
it's available on "CokePokes" repo or "HackYouriPhone" repo than all you need to do is
uninstall "Mojietu" and than search for it again in Appstore, and now the important part is,
you'll need to LONG PRESS download button and click "install older version" for iPhone
you have to install version 1.6.6 and than you should be able to update your firmware, and
thats it!
If you want to update further than version 19 you'll need to install newer version of the app
BUT NOT latest (you need to try it out for yourself which version allows for updates to
newer firmware, but version 19 for me is all I wanted so I'm really happy.
