The aim of this report is to inform the leadership about the way, we want as employees, use the sum
of money available to improve the work environment.
Nowadays the problem we consider the most important are:
First of all, we all agree that we would appreciate the possibility of having breaks at times set by the
employee himself, in order to, use these breaks when the employees need. As a second we want to
point out that we have now reached an unmanageable amount of data for a single archive and
especially for a computer as dated as those that are provided to employees. We also present to the
management the overcrowding of the bar of the company, which in order to serve everyone, offers a
bad service to all employees and managers themselves.
According to the development department, it is believed that it would be convenient to create a
system of sliding working hours, so as to allow entry and exit with a maximum limit but usable
when needed. The department also recommends the use of new generation computers that allow a
greater storage capacity than the current one. As for the bar situation, we are sure that it would be
possible to create two bars divided by floor so as not to create overlap in peak hours.
The following measures have been taken in anticipation of management decisions:
- We have already established a coil for the passage of the row;
- We set up temporary shifts for those who request them;
