Group Homework (3 students) : Choose an entrepreneurial multinational or global company.

1)Provide information about the company you choose (when it was established, what was the initial
mission and vision of the company, what kind of opportunities and challenges the founder(s) had
faced etc.)

2) Explain the internationalization process of the company (when and how it started to expand the
business to other countries, which strategies they pursued, how many countries they operate
currently etc)

3)Analyze the entrepreneur(s). What were their personal characteristics? Do you think they were
born with these traits?

4) How do you evaluate yourself as a potential entrepreneur? Which skills and abilities do you need
to establish international ventures ? What kind of business you are interested in? (Each group
member will evaluate him/herself)
