always used as a culinary and souvenir from the city of Padangsidimpuan.
Therefore, the use of salak biodiversity can increase the value of the
agricultural sector in the city of Padangsidimpuan so that the productivity of salak fruit
can also increase the economic value of the people of the city of Padangsidimpuan,
especially salak farmers.
