REFLECTIVE ESSAY-INTRO TO GYMNASTICS

To put it simply, physical activity is important for everyone. Engaging in physical


activities promotes good health. Understanding the benefits of physical fitness and knowing
how active you should be can help you maintain good health and improve your overall quality
of life. Physical activities promote healthy growth and development. It helps build a healthier
body composition, stronger bones and muscles. Staying active can also maintain a healthy
weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health
conditions such as heart disease, cancer, obesity, etch.
