INTEGRITY
Hosts: “celebrations”

Roseanne: “Honesty is telling the
truth to other people, and integrity is
telling the truth to myself.” This
famous saying describes integrity in a
perfect manner. Integrity is the
completeness that one feels when he
leads an honest and moral life.
Integrity is also wisely choosing
between what is right and what is
wrong. If a person has nothing else in
him, he can always feel proud of his
integrity. Integrity helps a person to
make trustworthy bonds with people
around him.
Jester: Integrity is not something one
can purely teach to others. It is more
of a virtue that comes from within a
person. Integrity is something a man
valuable possession no one can take
away from him. Additionally, integrity
means being honest and real to one’s
self and following a strict set of rules.
Without integrity, it will lead to
distrust and doubt.
Roseanne: Our topic for this evening
is not often considered along with
health issues. However, the healthy
living principle of integrity is very
important.
Jester: That’s right, Ma’am Roseanne.
And this topic is a very serious one
because it’s all about morality, ethics,
and values of a person. It is a relevant
topic nowadays diba? sa tv pa nga
lang eh andami na nating
napapanuod na may kinalaman sa
paglabag ng batas pantao.
Roseanne: Tama. Ako nga ay
nakakaramdam na ng takot dahil sa
mga tema ng mga palabas na hindi
akma sa mga manunuod kahit may
babala na ng MTRCB. [Pause] kaya sa
ating mga magulang, nawa ay maging
mapagmatyag kayo sa inyong mga
anak at lagi silang paalalahanan na
maging mapili sa mga palabas na
pinapanuod.
Jester: Para naman sa mga kabataan
tulad ko, nawa ay making tayo sa mga
payo ng mga nakakatanda dahil ayaw
nila tayong mapahamak.
Roseanne: Exactly, Jester! Kaya
naman, makakasama natin muli si Dr.

Jester: A person with true integrity
will consider taking responsibility for
their actions and being accountable
for it. Let us put in our hearts and
minds that integrity is a trait that we
need and can lead us to living a long
and happy life.
Roseanne: Warren Wiersbe once
said: “If you take care of yourself and
walk with integrity, you may be
confident that God will deal with
those who sin against you. Above all,
don't give birth to sin yourself; rather,
pray for those who persecute you.
God will one day turn your
persecution into praise.”
