First formation will be on Coffey field at 0620 with prep drills beginning at 0630.  Once all prep
drills have concluded the workout will begin and be broken down by squads. Squad leaders will
be AI’s during PRT session, timing for workout and rest for two minutes between the two
circuits. Ideally go for 3-4 sets but just make sure everyone is maintaining proper form and
working as hard as they can. Finish at 7:15, begin recovery stretches and conduct AAR.

circuits. Ideally go for 3-4 sets (both sheets below will be done chronologically before
taking one lap around eddies) but just make sure everyone is maintaining proper form and
working as hard as they can. Finish at 7:15, begin recovery stretches and conduct AAR.
For pushups if unable to do claps or airborne pushups fully, Cadets may do them
normally or from knees as necessary. Make sure cadets maintain APFT standard for
pushups (down low enough, back flat etc.)
