burritos

Mexican burritos are a dish that was created in the north of this beautiful country, specifically in
Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, but over time they have become very famous throughout the national
territory and in other countries in America and Europe, performing different versions adapted to
almost any ingredient, including burritos for desserts, but today we bring you the most traditional
burrito recipe, prepared with a filling of ground beef and refried beans, accompanied by
vegetables, cheese and guacamole.

The fantastic thing about this incredible recipe is that you can taste it at any time you want either
for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even between meals thanks to the practicality and ease when
making them that allows you to nibble and prepare everything in advance keeping it well
refrigerated, a Mexican tradition is to place each of the components on the table and have each
member of the family prepare their burrito according to their preferences.

It is my favorite recipe because it has many ingredients and exquisite flavors, it is also part of the
first exotic dishes that I met and everything about this dish captivated me.

We start by finely cutting the tomatoes, the lettuce, the onion, the garlic and we reserve.

The typical Mexican burritos will be prepared with large flour tortillas, 25 to 30 cm in diameter,
