How to present an argument and agree/disagree

I will give you ten statements. For each statement I would like to write at least one reason why
you agree or disagree with it. For each sentence use on of the phrases in the box to you agree
or disagree.

I will provide one example:

STATEMENT: Computer games help you develop problem solving skills

Agree – No doubt about it. Many games require you to think about how to solve problems.
Some games give you puzzles and make you find clues in order to win or advance to the next
level.

Disagree – That’s a good point, but some games contain a lot of violence. These games teach
children to solve problems with violence and that is very harmful. These games set a bad
example for kids.
