Requirements for Issue of New Certificate of Practice: ‘a. Applicant must have two years of post qualification experience . Applicant undertakes to be in full time practice and will not take up any part time or full time employment without the permission of the Council . Applicant undertakes to fulfil the residency requirements of the Institute 4d. Applicant undertakes to comply with the Institute’s Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements; e. Applicant undertakes that he/she has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the Cade of Ethics of the Institute and must adhere to it at all times f. Applicant undertakes that he/she will abide by all the Practicing rules and regulations of ICAB issued from time to time including submission of Annual Returns and periodic visits by the Institute; ‘Applicant undertakes to comply with BSQC -1 and other provisions of the Bangladesh Standards of Auditing (BSA) adopted by the Institute in case of audit and assurance work of listed companies or such other entities as may be prescribed by the Institute; 2. Requirements For Renewal of Certificate of Practice ‘a.
