CRUST

1 1/2 cups flour


2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2-3 tablespoons cold milk
Combine dry ingredients, add milk and stir with a fork until flour is all moistened. Press into 9-inch or 10-
inch pie pan.

FILLING
5 apples
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons Minute tapioca
2 tablespoons lemon juice (Foodies would shudder, but I just used the bottled juice)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

TOPPING
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
Combine flour and sugar; cut butter into the dry ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over the apples.

Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the crust is light brown and the apples are bubbling and
cooked completely.
