‫‪Hydraulic system‬‬

‫اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ھﻮ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﺑﺬاﺗﮫ ‪ .‬ﻓﮭﻮ ﯾﺎﺧﺬ اﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﺗﻮر ﺗﯿﺎر ﻣﺘﺮدد ﻗﺪرﺗﮫ ‪ ١٠‬ﺣﺼﺎن وﻋﺪد ﻟﻔﺎﺗﮫ ﻓﻰ‬
‫اﻟﺪﻗﯿﻘﮫ ‪ ١٨٠٠‬ﻟﻔﺔ وھﻮ اﻟﻤﺴﺆول ﻋﻦ ﻗﯿﺎدة اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺘﯿﻦ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﯿﺘﯿﻦ واﻋﻄﺎء اﻟﻘﺪرة ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻘﮭﻤﺎ ‪.‬‬

‫‪ ü‬اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺎت ‪ :‬أﺣﺪ ھﺎﺗﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺘﯿﻦ ﺗﻜﻮن ﺛﺎﺑﺘﺔ اﻻزاﺣﺔ وھﻰ اﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﻘﻮد ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﺰﯾﺖ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﺘﺰﯾﯿﺖ ‪،‬‬
‫واﻟﻤﻀﺨﺔ اﻻﺧﺮى ﻣﻀﺨﮫ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮة اﻻزاﺣﺔ وھﻰ اﻟﺘﻰ ﺗﻤﺪ اﻟﻘﺪرة اﻟﺪرة اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﯿﺔ ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ )ﻓﺮاﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻮاﺗﯿﺮ‬
‫اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﯿﺔ‪ -‬واﻟﺮاس اﻟﺪوار‪ -‬وﻣﺸﻐﻞ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻻﻣﺎن ﻋﻦ ﺑﻌﺪ‪ -‬ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﺔ ‪ -‬اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ‪ -‬واﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت(‬

‫‪ ü‬ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻮﺟﺪ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﻈﺎم ﺛﻼﺛﺔ اﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺎت ﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ ﺿﻐﻂ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﺪواﺋﺮ ‪ Accumulator‬ﻻﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮫ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﻠﺰوم‬
‫‪ ý‬أﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺎم ‪ System Accumulator‬وﺣﺠﻤﮭﺎ ) ‪ (١٢٥ in2‬وﺗﺸﺤﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﻐﻂ ) ‪(٨٠٠ Psi‬‬
‫وﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺿﻐﻄﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻔﺬ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر )‪.(SA‬‬
‫‪ ý‬أﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ ﺗﻌﻄﯿﻞ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﻟﺼﻤﺎم اﻻﻣﺎن ‪ Time-Delay Accumulator‬وﺣﺠﻤﮭﺎ‬
‫)‪ (٣٠in2‬وﺗﺸﺤﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﻐﻂ ) ‪ (٨٠٠ Psi‬وﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺿﻐﻄﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻔﺬ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر )‪.(C4‬‬
‫‪ ý‬أﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ ﻟﻠﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ‪ Counterbalance Accumulator‬وﺣﺠﻤﮭﺎ ) ‪ ( ٧٢٨ in2‬وﺗﺸﺤﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺿﻐﻂ ) ‪ (٩٠٠ Psi‬وﯾﻤﻜﻦ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺿﻐﻄﮫ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻔﺬ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر )‪.(CB‬‬

‫‪ ü‬اﻟﻤﻮزع اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ وھﻮ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﺴﻢ اﻟﺘﻮب درﯾﻒ وﯾﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ ) ﺳﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﺪات – ﺻﻤﺎﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻰ اﻻﺗﺠﺎة‬

‫‪ ü‬ﺗﻨﻚ زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ وھﻮ ﺗﻨﻚ ﻣﺤﻜﻢ اﻟﻐﻼق ﻣﺼﻨﻮع ﻣﻦ اﻟﺼﻠﺐ ﻣﻘﺎوم ﻟﻠﺼﺪاء ھﺬا ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺠﻌﻠﻚ ﻓﻰ ﻏﻨﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ ان‬
‫ﺗﻘﻮم ﺑﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ ﺻﺮف ﻟﻠﺰﯾﺖ اﺛﻨﺎء ﻧﻘﻞ اﻟﺒﺮﯾﻤﺔ ﻓﮭﻮ ﻣﺤﻜﻢ اﻻﻏﻼق ﺗﻤﺎم وھﻮ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺎﺗﻮرﯾﻦ اﻟﺤﻔﺮ اﻟﺮﺋﯿﺴﯿﻦ ﻓﻰ‬
‫ﺟﺴﻢ اﻟﺘﻮب درﯾﻒ وھﻮ ﻣﺠﮭﺰ ﺑﻤﺼﺎﻓﻰ ﻟﺤﺠﺐ اﻟﺸﻮاﺋﺐ وﻛﺬﻟﻚ وﻣﻘﺎس ﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﺰﯾﺖ وﺳﻌﺔ اﻟﺨﺰان ‪ ٢٥‬ﺟﺎﻟﻮن ‪.‬‬

‫‪Maintenance schedule:‬‬

‫ﯾﻮﺟﺪ اﻧﻮاع ﻋﺪﯾﺪة ﻣﻊ اﺧﺘﻼف اﻟﻤﺎرﻛﺎت ﯾﻤﻜﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮭﺎ ﻛﺰﯾﺖ ھﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮ ﻣﻮﺿﺢ ﺑﻜﺘﺎﻟﻮج اﻟﻤﻌﺪة وﻟﻜﻦ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎ‬
‫ﻣﺎ ﯾﺴﺘﺨﺪم ﻣﻮﺑﯿﻞ دات ‪ ٢٤‬او ‪ ٢٥‬ﺣﺴﺐ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯿﺔ ﺟﻮ اﻟﻤﻜﺎن ﺗﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﻟﻠﺰوﺟﺔ وﻣﻦ ﺟﺪول اﻟﺼﯿﺎﻧﺔ ﯾﺘﻀﺢ ﻟﻨﺎ اﻻﺗﻰ‬
‫‪ ý‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﻓﻠﺘﺮ زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ ﻣﺮة واﺣﺪه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗﻞ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﯾﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺛﻼﺛﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ ﻣﺮة واﺣﺪه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗﻞ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﯾﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺘﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬ﯾﺠﺐ أﺧﺬ ﻋﯿﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﮭﺎ ﻣﺮة واﺣﺪه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗﻞ ﻓﻰ ﻣﺪة ﻻ ﺗﺰﯾﺪ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺘﺔ أﺷﮭﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻧﺔ ﺗﻨﻚ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ‪ bladder‬ﻣﺮة واﺣﺪه ﻋﻠﻰ اﻻﻗﻞ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺮور ﻋﺎم ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺮﻛﯿﺒﮭﺎ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻮﻧﺔ ﺗﻨﻚ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ‪ bladder‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺮور ﻋﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺮﻛﯿﺒﮭﺎ ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﻔﺤﺺ اﻟﯿﻮﻣﻰ ﻟﻠﻤﻜﻮﻧﺎت اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﯿﺔ‬


‫‪ ý‬اﻓﺤﺺ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﻔﻠﺘﺮ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﺆﺷﺮ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻋﻠﯿﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬اﻓﺤﺺ ﻣﺴﺘﻮى زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬اﻓﺤﺺ وﺟﻮد اى ﺗﺴﺮﯾﺐ‪.‬‬
‫‪ ý‬اﻓﺤﺺ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺧﺮاﻃﯿﻢ زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ‪.‬‬

‫ﺿﺒﻂ داﺋﺮة ﻣﻀﺨﺔ اﻻزاﺣﺔ اﻟﺜﺎﺑﺘﺔ )ﻣﻀﺨﺔ اﻟﺘﺰﯾﯿﺖ( وﻣﻀﺨﺔ اﻻزاﺣﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻐﯿﺮة ‪:‬‬

‫ﺗﺤﺬﯾﺮ‪ :‬ﺗﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺴﺘﻮاﯾﺎت زﯾﺖ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻚ واﻟﺠﯿﺮ ﺑﻮﻛﺲ ﻗﺒﻞ إﺟﺮاء ھﺬه اﻟﺨﻄﻮات وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﺄﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ أن ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ‬
‫ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ‪ Counterbalance‬ﻓﻰ وﺿﻌﯿﺔ ال ﺷﻂ دوﯾﻦ ‪.SHUTDOWN‬‬
‫‪ .١‬ﺣﺪد ﻣﻜﺎن ﻣﺎﺳﻮره اﻟﺘﻮﺻﯿﻞ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻮزع و ﻣﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﺘﺰﯾﺖ ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﺴﻤﻰ ﻣﻨﻔﺬھﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻮزع )‪ ، (PF‬وﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﻚ‬
‫ﺗﺠﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺎﺳﻮرة ﻣﻦ ﻧﺎﺣﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﻮزع ﺛﻢ ﺳﺪ اﻟﻤﺎﺳﻮره ﺑﻄﺒﮫ ﻏﻄﺎﺋﯿﺔ و ﻃﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (PF‬وﯾﺠﺐ ان ﺗﻜﻮن‬
‫ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﺘﯿﻦ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺼﻠﺐ ﻟﺘﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬اﺟﻌﻞ ﺻﻤﺎم ال ‪ (RV1) Relief Valve‬اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﻤﻀﺨﺔ اﻻزاﺣﺔ اﻟﻤﺘﻐﯿﺮة ﻋﻠﻰ اﻗﻞ ﺿﺒﻂ ﻟﮫ ) ﺑﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻠﻒ‬
‫اﻟﻠﻮﻟﺐ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﮫ ﻋﻜﺲ ﻋﻘﺎرب اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺑﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺘﮫ ( ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﺴﻤﺢ ﻟﻠﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ﻟﯿﻌﻤﻞ دون ﺑﻨﺎء اى‬
‫ﺿﻐﻂ واﻓﺼﻞ اﻻﺷﺎرة اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﯿﮫ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٣‬اﺟﻌﻞ ﺻﻤﺎم ال ‪ (RV2) Relief Valve‬ﻋﻠﻰ اﻗﻞ ﺿﻐﻂ ﻟﮫ ) ﺑﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻠﻒ اﻟﻠﻮﻟﺐ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﮫ ﻋﻜﺲ ﻋﻘﺎرب‬
‫اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺑﻜﺎﻣﻞ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻧﮭﺎﯾﺘﮫ (‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٤‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺄدارة اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ ﻟﺒﻌﺾ اﻟﺤﻈﺎت ﺛﻢ اﻓﺼﻠﺔ ﻟﺘﺎﻛﺪ ﻣﻦ أن إﺗﺠﺎة اﻟﺪوران ﺻﺤﯿﺢ وﯾﻜﻮن اﻻﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺢ‬
‫ﻣﻊ ﻋﻘﺎرب اﻟﺴﺎﻋﮫ اذا ﻛﻨﺖ ﺗﻨﻈﺮ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻤﺮوﺣﺔ اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺼﻠﯿﺢ اﻻﺗﺠﺎة اذا وﺟﺪﺗﮫ ﻏﯿﺮ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٥‬اﺑﺪاء اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ ﻣﻤﺎ ﯾﻮدى اﻟﻰ ﺗﺪوﯾﺮ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺘﯿﻦ واﻧﺼﺖ ﻟﻠﺼﻮت اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺘﯿﻦ ﻓﺈذا ﻛﺎﻧﺖ‬
‫اﻟﻀﻮﺿﺎء ﻏﯿﺮ ﻋﺎدﯾﮫ ھﺬا ﯾﺸﯿﺮ اﻟﻰ ان اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ﺑﮭﻰ ﻓﻘﺎﻋﺎت ھﻮاء ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻋﻦ وﺟﻮد ﺗﺴﺮﯾﺐ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٦‬أوﺻﻞ ﻋﺪاد ﻗﯿﺎس اﻟﻀﻌﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻨﻔﺬ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر )‪ ، (PF‬وﻗﻢ ﺑﺰﯾﺎدة اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻓﻰ ﺻﻤﺎم ال‬
‫‪ (RV2) Relief Valve‬ﻓﻰ اﺗﺠﺎة ﻋﻘﺎرب اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﺼﻞ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻰ ) ‪ (٤٠٠ Psi‬ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪(PF‬‬
‫ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺔ اﺛﻨﺎء اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻓﻰ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ﺗﻜﻮن ھﻨﺎك ﻋﻼﻗﮫ ﺧﻄﯿﺔ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺣﺮﻛﺔ ﻟﻒ اﻟﻠﻮﻟﺐ واﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻤﺮاﻗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪاد‬
‫اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ‪ .‬ﺿﻊ ﺻﺎﻣﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ‪ (RV2) Relief Valve‬وﻛﺬﻟﻚ اﻟﺼﺎﻣﻮﻟﺔ اﻟﻐﻄﺎﺋﯿﺔ اﻟﻤﺼﻨﻮﻋﮫ ﻣﻦ‬
‫اﻟﺼﻠﺐ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺘﺠﻨﺐ اى ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺼﺮح ﺑﮫ‪.‬‬
‫أﻃﻔﺄْ اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮراﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ وﻗﻢ ﺗﺠﻤﯿﻊ اﻟﻤﺎﺳﻮرة ﻣﻦ اﻟﻮاﺻﻠﺔ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻮزع ﻓﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (PF‬وﻣﺎﺗﻮراﻟﺘﺰﯾﯿﺖ ﻣﺮه اﺧﺮى‪.‬‬ ‫‪.٧‬‬
‫وﺻﻞ اﻷﻣﯿﺘﺮ اﻟﻰ أﻃﺮاف اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ وﻻﺣﻆ اﻣﺒﯿﺮ اﻟﺤﻤﻞ اﻟﻜﺎﻣﻞ اﻟﻤﻜﺘﻮﺑﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻨﯿﻢ ﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻟﻠﻤﺎﺗﻮر‪.‬‬ ‫‪.٨‬‬
‫اﻋﺪ ﺗﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﺎﻟﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ‪.‬‬ ‫‪.٩‬‬
‫ﺿﻊ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ‪ Counterbalance‬ﻓﻰ وﺿﻌﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ ‪.RUN‬‬ ‫‪.١٠‬‬
‫ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﺻﻤﺎم ال ‪ (UV1) Unloading‬ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ رﺑﻄﮫ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﻓﻰ اﺗﺠﺎة ﻋﻘﺎرب اﻟﺴﺎﻋﮫ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺼﻞ اﻟﻰ‬ ‫‪.١١‬‬
‫اﻗﺼﻰ ﺿﻐﻂ ‪.‬‬

‫وﺿﺒﻂ ﺿﻐﻂ ﺻﻤﺎﻣﺎت ‪ Relief Valves‬ﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮ ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ) ‪. ( ٤٠٠ Psi =RV2 & ٢٢٠٠ Psi =RV1‬‬
‫ﺻﻤﺎم ال ‪ (UV1) Unloading‬ﻻ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ‪ ،‬ﯾﺠﺐ اﺧﺘﺒﺎره وﺿﺒﻄﮫ او ﺗﻐﯿﺮه ان ﻟﺰم اﻻﻣﺮ‪.‬‬ ‫‪.٢‬‬
‫ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ﺗﺮك ﻋﻠﻰ وﺿﻊ ال ‪ SHUT DOWN‬ﻟﻤﺪه ﻃﻮﯾﻠﮫ ﻣﻤﺎ ادى اﻟﻰ ﺗﺼﺮﯾﻒ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ‬ ‫‪.٣‬‬

‫‪ -٣‬اﺧﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (CB‬وﻻﺣﻆ وﺿﻌﯿﺔ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﺘﻮب درﯾﻒ واﻟﮭﻮك‪.‬‬

‫‪ (١٨٠٠‬ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ ، (CB‬اﻟﺰﯾﺎدة ﻓﻰ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻟﺤﻮاﻟﻰ ) ‪ (٣٠٠ Psi‬ﻓﻮق اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻌﺎدى ﻟﻠﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ‪ ،‬وھﺬه اﻟﺰﯾﺎده‬

‫ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﻓﺎن اﻟﻘﻮه اﻟﻤﺒﺬوﻟﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﻮت ﺑﻦ ﺗﻜﻮن ﻣﺤﺪوده ﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﺘﻢ اﻟﺘﻌﺸﯿﻖ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻔﺘﺤﺎت اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮده ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﺮس‪.‬‬
‫ﻟﺘﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻛﻤﯿﺔ اﻟﻘﻮة ﻧﻘﻮم ﺑﻀﺒﻂ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ﯾﺪوﯾﺎ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺳﻮﻟﻮﻧﻮﯾﺪ ھﺬه اﻟﻌﻤﻠﯿﺔ وھﻮ )‪ ، (SV5‬ﻟﺘﺠﺒﺮ اﻟﺸﻮت ﺑﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ‬ ‫‪-٢‬‬

‫ﺿﺒﻂ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻤﺎم ‪ Relief Valve‬ﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﺼﻞ اﻟﻰ ) ‪. (٤٠٠ Psi‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ وﺟﻮد ﻗﻮة زاﺋﺪه ﻣﻄﺒﻘﺔ ﻣﻦ )اﻟﺸﻮت ﺑﻦ( ﻋﻠﻰ ﺳﻄﺢ اﻟﺘﺮس اﻟﺪوار ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﺴﺒﺐ اﻟﺘﺎﻟﻰ ‪:‬‬
‫‪ -١‬ﺻﻤﺎم ‪ Relief Valve‬ﻻ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ اوﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻀﺒﻮط ‪ ،‬اﺧﺘﺒﺮ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (B5‬واﺿﺒﻄﮫ ﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮه ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ‪.‬‬

‫ﻟﺘﺰوﯾﺪ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻟﺪاﺋﺮة ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ اواﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ ﯾﻮﺟﺪ ﺷﺮﻃﯿﻦ‬

‫اﻟﺸﺮط اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻰ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (G5‬ﯾﺠﺐ ان ﯾﻜﻮن اﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ ) ‪(١٠٠ Psi‬‬
‫ﻟﻮ ﺗﺤﻘﻖ اﻟﺸﺮﻃﯿﻦ ﺳﺘﺠﺪ ان اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (CP‬اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﺑﺠﻮار ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ ﯾﺮﺗﻔﻊ ﻣﻦ ) ‪ (١٠٠ Psi‬اﻟﻰ‬
‫اﻋﻠﻰ ) ‪ (٢٠٠٠ Psi‬ﻟﻮ ﻟﻢ ﯾﺘﺤﻘﻖ اﻟﺸﺮﻃﯿﻦ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ اﻟﻮﺻﺎﻻت و اﻟﻮﺻﻠﮫ اﻟﺪوار ‪ Rotating Link Adapter‬وﻛﺬﻟﻚ‬
‫ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ‪.‬‬
‫أﺛﻨﺎء ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺧﺮوج اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ﻟﻠﻤﺲ ﻋﻤﻮد اﻟﺤﻔﺮ ﯾﺠﺐ ان ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪(CR‬‬
‫ﻣﻀﻌﻒ ﺑﻤﻘﺪار ‪ ٢٫٧‬اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ ) ‪ (CP‬أى ان )‪٢٫٧ × (CP ) = (CR‬‬
‫ﺑﻤﺠﺮد ﻟﻤﺲ اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﻮد اﻟﺤﻔﺮ ﯾﺒﺪاء اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺪ )‪ (CR‬ﺑﺎﻻﺿﻤﺤﻼل واﻟﺘﻼﺷﻰ ﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﺼﺒﺢ اﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ‬
‫) ‪ (١٠٠ Psi‬واذا ﻟﻢ ﯾﺘﻼﺷﻰ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﯾﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﯿﻚ ﻓﺤﺺ ﺻﻤﺎم ) اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻰ اﻟﺘﺪﻓﻖ اﻟﻐﯿﺮ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ( ) ‪(CNEC‬‬
‫‪ Non-Adjustable Flow Control‬وﺗﻨﻈﯿﻔﮫ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺸﻮاﺋﺐ واﻟﻤﻠﻮﺛﺎت وإﺻﻼﺣﮫ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ -١‬ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﺿﻐﻂ او اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻣﻨﺨﻔﺾ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﺴﺘﯿﻢ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻘﯿﺎس اﻟﻀﻐﻂ وﻋﺪﻟﮫ ﻛﻤﺎ ﯾﻠﺰم ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٢‬اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ﻗﺪ ﺗﻠﻒ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺻﻼﺣﮫ او أﺳﺘﺒﺪال اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﻌﺸﯿﻖ )اﻟﺸﻮت ﺑﻦ( وﻋﺪم ﺗﻨﺸﯿﻂ ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻻ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺄﺧﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (C5‬ﻓﺎذا ﻛﺎن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻣﻀﺒﻮط ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم )‪ (CV5‬او‬
‫ﻣﻮزع ﺑﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺰﻧﻖ او اﻟﻜﺴﺘﻨﮫ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﻌﻠﻮﯾﯿﻦ واﻟﺼﻤﺎﻣﯿﻦ اﻟﺴﻔﻠﯿﯿﻦ (‪ .‬ﻛﺬاﻟﻚ ﻗﻢ ﺑﻀﺒﻂ اﻟﺼﻤﺎﻣﺎت اﻻرﺑﻌﮫ )ﻟﻠﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ( ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ رﺑﻄﮭﻢ ﻛﺎﻣﻼ ﻓﻰ‬

‫‪ -٢‬اﻟﻀﺒﻂ اﻟﺼﺤﯿﺢ ﻟﻠﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻨﺪ ) ‪ (١٥٠٠ Psi‬وﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﺨﻄﻮات واﺣﺪه ﻟﻜﻞ اﻟﺼﻤﺎﻣﺎت وﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﻟﻠﻜﻞ ﻓﻰ‬
‫ﻧﻔﺲ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٣‬ﯾﻮﺟﺪ ﻣﻨﻔﺬﯾﻦ ﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻟﻠﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻮزع ﺑﺎﺳﺘﻢ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٤‬ﻣﻦ ﻛﺒﯿﻨﮫ اﻟﺤﻔﺎر ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺤﺮﯾﻚ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت ﻓﻰ اﺗﺠﺎه اﻟﻤﻮس ھﻮل)‪.(Mousehole‬‬
‫‪ -٥‬ﯾﺤﺪث ﻧﺘﯿﺠﮫ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ان اﻟﺒﺴﺎﺗﻢ ﺗﻨﻔﺮد ﻋﻠﻰ اﺧﺮھﺎ وﯾﺼﺒﺢ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪.(٢٠٠٠ Psi ) (C1‬‬
‫‪ -٦‬ﻣﻦ ﻛﺒﯿﻨﮫ اﻟﺤﻔﺎر ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺤﺮﯾﻚ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت اﻟﻰ اﻟﻮﺿﻊ اﻟﺘﻮﻗﻒ ‪ OFF position‬وﻻﺣﻆ اﻧﺨﻔﺎض اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ‬
‫)‪ . (C1‬ھﺬا اﻟﻤﻘﺪار ﻓﻰ اﻻﻧﺨﻔﺎض ﯾﻜﻮن ﻧﻘﻄﺔ اﻟﻀﺒﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٧‬ارﻓﻊ ﻧﻘﻄﺔ ﺿﺒﻂ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﻜﻮﻧﺘﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺲ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ رﺑﻂ ﻓﺘﯿﻞ اﻟﻀﺒﻂ رﺑﻊ ﻟﻔﮫ ﻓﻰ اﺗﺠﺎه ﻋﻜﺲ ﻋﻘﺎرب اﻟﺴﺎﻋﺔ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (B8‬ﻻ ﯾﻨﺨﻔﺾ اﻟﻰ اﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ ) ‪ ، (١٠٠ Psi‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺒﺪال اﻟﻮﺻﻠﮫ اﻟﺪﻟﯿﻠﮫ اﻟﻤﺘﺤﻜﻤﮫ ﻟﻔﺘﺢ ﺻﻤﺎم‬ ‫‪-١‬‬
‫ﻋﺪم اﻟﺮﺟﻮع‪.‬‬

‫ﺑﻀﺒﻄﮭﺎ إن اﻣﻜﻦ او ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺒﺪاﻟﮭﺎ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻌﻮﯾﻢ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت اﻟﻰ وﺿﻊ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﻛﺰ ‪:‬‬
‫اﺳﺘﺨﺪم اﻟﺪﻟﯿﻞ اﻟﯿﺪوى ﻓﻰ اﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر‪ ،‬ﻓﺎذا ﻧﺘﺞ ﻋﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺪاﻣﮫ ﻣﯿﻞ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ ﻛﮭﺮﺑﯿﺔ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﺒﺎراﻟﻤﻮﺻﻼت‬
‫واﻟﺴﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﺪ ‪،‬اﻣﺎ ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﺣﺪوث ﻣﯿﻞ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت ﺗﻜﻮن اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ ھﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﯿﺔ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﻣﯿﻞ واﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت ‪:‬‬
‫ﺳﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﺪ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ﻻ ﯾﺘﺤﺮك ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻤﺮاﺟﻌﺔ اﻟﺘﻮﺻﯿﻞ اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﻰ واﺳﺘﻤﺮاﯾﺘﮫ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﻣﺰاﻣﻨﮫ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت )‪:(Links are not synchronized‬‬

‫اﻟﺼﻤﺎم اﻟﺜﺎﻧﻰ ‪ Relief Valve‬ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺼﻞ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻰ ) ‪. (١٧٠٠ Psi‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم دوران اﻟﻤﻌﺪة ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬
‫ﺗﻮﻗﻒ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻰ اﻻﺗﺠﺎة ‪ directional control valve‬او ﺻﻤﺎم ‪ ، Relief Valve‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﻓﺤﺼﮭﻢ‬ ‫‪.١‬‬
‫وﺗﺼﻠﯿﺤﮭﻢ او اﺳﺘﺒﺪاﻟﮭﻢ ان ﺗﻄﻠﺐ ‪.‬‬
‫ﺳﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﺪ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ﻻ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﻛﮭﺮﺑﯿﺎ ‪ ،‬ﯾﺠﺐ ﻓﺤﺺ اﻟﻮﺻﻼت اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﯿﺔ ووﻇﺎﺋﻒ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ‪.‬‬ ‫‪.٢‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﻋﻮدة اﻟﻤﻌﺪة اﻟﻰ وﺿﻌﮭﺎ اﻻﺻﻠﻰ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ -١‬ﺗﻮﻗﻒ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻰ اﻻﺗﺠﺎة ‪ directional control valve‬او ﺻﻤﺎﻣﺎت ‪ Relief Valves‬ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻀﺒﻮﻃﺔ ‪،‬‬
‫ﯾﺠﺐ اﺧﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﻀﻐﻂ وﻓﺤﺺ اﻟﺼﻤﺎﻣﺎت وﺿﺒﻂ ﺻﻤﺎﻣﺎت ‪ Relief Valves‬ﻛﻤﺎ ھﻮ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٢‬اﻟﺤﺴﺎس ﻣﻜﺴﻮر ‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺒﺪل اﻟﺤﺴﺎس ‪.‬‬
‫‪ -٣‬ﻟﻮ ﺗﻢ ﺗﺤﺮﯾﻚ اﻟﻤﺎﺗﻮر ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﻟﺪﻟﯿﻞ اﻟﯿﺪوى اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ﻻﻛﻨﮫ ﻻ ﯾﺮﺟﻊ اﻟﻰ اﻟﻮﺿﻌﯿﮫ اﻻﺻﻠﯿﮫ ﯾﻜﻮن‬
‫اﻟﺴﺒﺐ ﻓﻰ ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ اﻟﻨﻈﺎم ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم وﺟﻮد ﻣﺰاﻣﻨﮫ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻠﯿﻨﻜﺎت )‪:(Links are not synchronized‬‬

‫ﻻﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻮﺻﯿﻞ ﻋﺪاد اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺪ )‪ (B1‬اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻮزع ﺛﻢ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺤﻮﯾﻞ ﻣﻔﺘﺎح اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ‬
‫اﻻوﺗﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻜﯿﮫ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﻰ ﻛﺒﯿﻨﺔ اﻟﺤﻔﺎر ﻋﻠﻰ وﺿﻊ اﻟﺘﺸﻐﯿﻞ ‪ ON‬ﯾﺠﺐ اﻧﺖ ﺗﻜﻮن ﻗﺮأة ﻋﺪاد اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ) ‪ (١٥٠٠ Psi‬ﻓﺎذا‬
‫ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻌﺪﯾﻞ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ ﻓﻰ ﺗﺨﻔﯿﺾ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ )‪ (PC1‬ﺣﺘﻰ ﯾﺼﻞ اﻟﻰ ) ‪ (١٥٠٠ Psi‬ﺛﻢ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺤﻮﯾﻞ‬
‫ﻣﻔﺘﺎح اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ اﻻوﺗﻮﻣﺎﺗﯿﻜﯿﮫ اﻟﻤﻮﺟﻮد ﻓﻰ ﻛﺒﯿﻨﺔ اﻟﺤﻔﺎر ﻋﻠﻰ وﺿﻊ اوف ‪ OFF‬ﯾﺠﺐ اﻧﺖ ﺗﻜﻮن ﻗﺮأة اﻟﻌﺪاد ﺻﻐﯿﺮة ﺟﺪَا‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﺗﺤﺮر اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ اﻻﺗﺠﺎھﻰ ﺗﻌﻄﻞ ﻻﯾﻘﻮم ﺑﻮﻇﯿﻔﺘﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﺼﻤﺎم واﺳﺘﺒﺪﻟﮫ اذا ﻟﺰم اﻻﻣﺮ‪.‬‬ ‫‪.١‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﺤﺮر اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ وﻟﻜﻦ ﻣﺎزﻟﺖ ﺗﻘﺎوم ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .١‬ﺻﻤﺎم ﻋﺪم اﻟﺮﺟﻮع ﻣﺴﺪود او اﻟﻤﺎﺳﻮرة ﻣﺨﻔﻮﺳﺔ او ﻣﺘﻨﯿﮫ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم او اﻟﻤﺎﺳﻮرة اذا ﻟﺰم اﻻﻣﺮ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﻋﯿﺐ ﻣﯿﻜﺎﻧﯿﻜﻰ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ وﺗﺼﻠﯿﺢ اﻟﻤﯿﻜﺎﻧﺰم‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم اﺣﻜﺎم اﻟﺘﻌﺸﯿﻖ ﻟﻠﻔﺮاﻣﻞ او اﻻﻧﺰﻟﻖ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .١‬وﺟﻮد زﯾﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ وﺳﺎدات او ﻣﺨﺪات اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ ‪ ،‬اﻓﺤﺺ وﺟﻮد ﺗﺴﺮﯾﺐ ﻓﻰ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ وﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺼﻠﯿﺤﺔ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﺮاﻣﻞ ﻟﯿﺲ ) ‪ ، (١٥٠٠ Psi‬ﺻﻤﺎم ﺗﺨﻔﯿﺾ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻣﺴﺪود او ﯾﺤﺘﺎج اﻟﻰ‬
‫ﺗﻌﺪﯾﻞ او اﺳﺘﺒﺪال‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺤﻜﻢ اﻻﺗﺠﺎھﻰ ﻣﻌﻄﻞ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (B1‬وﻛﺬﻟﻚ اﻻﺷﺎرة اﻟﻜﮭﺮﺑﯿﺔ ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻟﺼﻤﺎم‬
‫اذا ﻟﺰم اﻻﻣﺮ‪.‬‬

‫ﺻﻤﺎم اﻻﻣﺎن ‪ IBOP‬ﻓﻰ وﺿﻌﯿﺘﮫ اﻟﻤﻔﺘﻮﺣﮫ ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ اﻟﻤﻄﺒﻖ ﻋﻠﯿﮫ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ اﻟﺨﺎص ﺑﮭﻰ ﺻﻐﯿﺮ ﺣﯿﺚ ﯾﻜﻮن‬
‫اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (٥٠٠ Psi ) (A4‬وﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬﯾﻦ )‪ (B4‬و)‪ (C4‬اﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ ) ‪. (١٠٠ Psi‬‬
‫ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﯾﻜﻮن ﻓﻰ وﺿﻌﯿﺔ اﻟﻘﻔﻞ ﯾﻄﺒﻖ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ﺿﻐﻂ ﻋﺎﻟﻰ و ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (١٠٠ Psi ) (A4‬او اﻗﻞ‬
‫وﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬﯾﻦ )‪ (B4‬و)‪ (C4‬ﻣﺴﺎوى ل ) ‪.(٢٠٠٠ Psi‬‬
‫ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﻧﻘﻮم ﺑﻔﺘﺢ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻻﻣﺎن ‪ IBOP‬اى ﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﺴﻮﻟﻮﻧﯿﺪ ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻨﺸﻂ ﯾﺘﺤﺮك اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺪ )‪ (A4‬ﻟﯿﺼﻞ اﻟﻰ ﻣﺎ‬
‫ﯾﻌﺎدل ) ‪ (٥٠٠ Psi‬ﺑﻌﺪ وﻗﺖ ﺗﺎﺧﯿﺮ ﺻﻐﯿﺮ ‪ .‬وﯾﻜﻮن اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (B4‬اﻗﻞ ﻣﻦ) ‪ (١٠٠ Psi‬ﻓﻰ ﺣﯿﻦ ﺑﻌﺾ وﻗﺖ‬
‫ﻗﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺎﺧﯿﺮ ﯾﺼﻞ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﻔﺬ )‪ (C4‬اﻟﻰ ) ‪ .(٢٠٠٠ Psi‬ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ ﺗﻌﻄﯿﻞ اﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺗﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ اﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺘﻌﻄﯿﻞ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ‪Time-Delay Accumulator‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﺴﺮﯾﺐ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻻﻣﺎن ‪ IBOP‬ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .١‬ﺗﻜﻮن اﻻﺟﺰاء اﻟﺪاﺧﻠﯿﺔ ﻟﻠﺼﻤﺎم ﻗﺪ ﺗﻀﺮرت ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﻔﺤﺺ اﻻﺟﺰاء اﻟﻤﻌﯿﺒﺔ وﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺻﻼﺣﮭﺎ او اﺳﺘﺒﺪاﻟﮭﺎ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬اﻟﻤﺸﻐﻞ ﻻ ﯾﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﻄﺮﯾﻘﺔ ﺻﺤﯿﺤﺔ ‪ ،‬اﻓﺤﺺ ﺣﺮﻛﺔ ﺗﺸﻐﯿﻞ اﻟﻤﯿﻜﺎﻧﺰم وﻛﺬﻟﻚ ﺻﻤﺎم اﻟﺘﺨﻔﯿﺾ )‪.(PC4‬‬

‫‪ .١‬ﺟﻠﺐ اﻟﯿﻮك او ﺟﻠﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻐﻞ ﻗﺪ اﺳﺘﮭﻠﻜﺖ وﺿﻌﻔﺖ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺒﺪال اﻟﺠﻠﺐ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﺑﻜﺮات اﻟﻜﺎﻣﮫ ﻗﺪ اﺳﺘﮭﻠﻚ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﺼﻠﯿﺤﮭﺎ اوﺳﺘﺒﺪاﻟﮭﺎ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪم ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺔ ﺗﺸﻐﻞ اﻟﺒﺴﺘﻢ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .١‬ﺻﻤﺎم ﺗﺨﻔﯿﺾ اﻟﻀﻐﻂ )‪ (PC4‬ﻓﻮھﺘﮫ ﻣﺴﺪودة ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﺒﺎر اﻟﻀﻐﻂ وﺿﺒﻄﮫ او اﺳﺘﺒﺪال اﻟﺼﻤﺎم ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬اﺳﻄﻮاﻧﺔ اﻟﺘﺨﺰﯾﻦ اﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﮭﻰ ‪ Time-Delay Accumulator‬ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺸﺤﻮﻧﮫ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﺒﺎر ﺿﻐﻄﮭﺎ واﻋﺎدة ﺷﺤﻨﮭﺎ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٣‬ﻻ ﯾﻮﺟﺪ ﺿﻐﻂ واﺻﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺎت ‪ ،‬اﻓﺤﺺ ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺔ اداء اﻟﻨﻈﺎم اﻟﮭﯿﺪروﻟﯿﻜﻰ ‪.‬‬

‫‪ .١‬ﻃﺒﺐ ﻓﺤﺺ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ﺗﻜﻮن ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﺤﻜﻤﮫ اﻟﺮﺑﻂ او ﻏﯿﺮ ﻣﻮﺟﻮده ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ اﺣﻜﺎم رﺑﻄﮭﺎ او ﺑﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮﯾﮭﺎ ‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﻣﺎﻧﻊ اﻟﺘﺴﺮﯾﺐ اﻟﻌﻠﻮى ﻟﺼﻨﺪوق اﻟﺘﺮوس ﻗﺪ ﺗﻠﻒ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺒﺪال ﻣﺎﻧﻊ اﻟﺘﺴﺮﯾﺐ ‪.‬‬

‫‪ .٢‬زﯾﺎدة ﻓﻰ ﻟﺰوﺟﺔ اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺎﺧﺘﯿﺎر درﺟﺔ اﻗﻞ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻠﺰوﺟﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻇﮭﻮر اﻟﺤﺪﯾﺪ ﻓﻰ ﻋﯿﻨﺎت اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ﯾﻜﻮن ﺳﺒﺐ اﻟﻤﺸﻜﻠﮫ أﺣﺪ اﻻﺳﺒﺎب اﻟﺘﺎﻟﯿﺔ ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .١‬اﻟﺘﺮس ﻗﺪ ﺗﻀﺮرت او ﺗﺄﻛﻠﺖ او وﺟﻮد ﺗﻠﻒ ﻓﻰ رﻣﺎن اﻟﺒﻠﻰ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻟﺘﺮوس او رﻣﺎن اﻟﺒﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺘﻀﺮر‪.‬‬
‫‪ .٢‬ﺗﻠﻒ او ﺗﺪﻣﯿﺮ ﻓﻰ اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ اﻟﻤﻀﺨﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻓﻰ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺗﺴﺮب اﻟﺰﯾﺖ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ اﻟﺘﺴﺮب اﻟﺴﻔﻠﻰ او ﻣﻦ ﺣﺎﺟﺰ رﻣﺎن اﻟﺒﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻠﻮى‪ ،‬ﻗﻢ ﺑﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ اﻟﺘﺴﺮﯾﺐ‬
