Tell me about yourself:

I´m Edgar Mejia, I´m 26, I´m from Caribbean coast of Colombia from a
town called Mompox Bolivar; It´s a beautiful place to know you can see
there a lot of colonial houses. In my free time I love reading books, just
now I´m reading Fifty Shades of Grey, It´s a good book, I recommend
you!

“I graduated with a degree in Petroleum Engineering two years ago. I

chose that field of study because I have always been interested in math
and physics, and a couple of family members told me it leads to great
career options. One of my key accomplishments during my academic
career was speaking at a conference on the topic of energy-efficient
window design and alternative energies, based on research I had done
for one of my senior-level classes. This led to an internship in a leader
company in this sector called PDVSA. As you know the oil´s prices are
low at this moment so I’m actively looking for a full-time position now and
I´m so interesting to work in BPO (Business process outsourcing) and
you are a leader company in this area”. In other way I´m the second of
five siblings, I´m living here in Bogota with college’s friends, I´m single, I
don´t have child. Do you want to know anymore?

2. What did you do yesterday?

I woke up at 7am yesterday

I pressed the snooze button five times before I turn off the
alarm and get up.
I had a cup of coffee and made breakfast. I usually read the news on
my phone while I have breakfast.

At 10 o´clock I took a shower, from 10:30 to 12:00 o´clock, I usually

read a book, after I took a lunch.

At 2 o´clock I took a snap

At 4 o´clock I studied on my computer an online course of finances

At 6 o’clock I took dinner, after I watched TV and finally I went to the

bed.
 3. Tell me about your experience

Well, I can tell you I don´t have a lot experience in a call center. But I
worked like a customer service in a coffee internet for the last two years,
so I consider myself good seller because when I was there I achieve the
goals in sells and I always gave the best of my in attention to every client.
And sometimes I took the clients’ order by phone. So I consider I have
the skills communications requirements to the position.

4. How many times you will be with us?

I would work for you maybe two, three or more time but I really want to be
here for a long time.

5. How much money would you like to earn?

I saw the salary in the description and I agree with it.

6. Expectations, How you see yourself in the next time?

In next time, I want to complete the internal training program for my

position. I read it on their website and I think it is a fabulous program. Not
only would I get all the training for my role, but I would be on the fast track
to be prepared and scale better positions within the company. That is my
main professional objective.

How does delivery app work?

It works like this: A user opens the Instacart mobile app, chooses grocery stores
or restaurants, and makes an order. ... The user pays for their order through the
mobile app and the money is transferred to a preloaded payment card supplied by
