1. An example of agrarian law is in everyday life that we often encounter, namely community
law in buying and selling land. The people who carry out the sale and purchase of land are
included in the regulations in agrarian law in Indonesia. There are also land rights that are used
as debt.

2. Personal experience in agrarian law matters such as land grabbing in my neighborhood where
the land is not in their name but on the land they have lived and built a house for a long time.
