1. The impact that the two bears have in this story is that they are able to carry a torch and
sit around camping like humans, but we humans don’t have time to spend with each
other anymore unlike the bear in the story, so we can say bears are more family oriented
than us because they have more time to spend with their family. Sometimes because of
our hobbies and the internet we seemed to normalize not spending time to our family at
all making us distant to each other. The lesson in this story is that while the bears have
learned to camp and discovered fire, we humans forgot what is basic which is what the
bears showed spending time with family.’

2. Yes, the story shows the ability that humankind can accept that animals are intelligent
even in the real world we are ranking who is the smartest animal. But of course we are
the smartest animal because we control our food chain.

3. In my opinion since old times animal have been helping us, like horses carrying our
carriage or a mode of transportation dogs helping herding sheep, and many more. So
yes animals can help us a lot even with our depression dogs ease or anxiety and cats
too.

4. Enlightened as in a way of spiritually aware? I don’t know about that but they can be
enlightened in a way that they will have sensible attitude towards things. Like training a
dog where to poop or training a dog to guard a house is an enlightenment for them or
what I consider as an enlightenment so yes animals can be enlightened and we are
animals too so in a way I can say that we can also be spiritually aware or sensible in our
actions
