SYNOPSIS FORMAT

(For XI and XII 2021-22)

Synopsis, preferably, should be of about 3-5 pages. The content should be brief and

enable to explain the objective and implementation of the project that the

candidate is going to take up. The write up must adhere to the guidelines and

should include the following

1. Front Page/Title page – Title should reflect the objective of the study.

2. Introduction – Should contain brief background of the selected topic. It

must identify the importance of study, its relevance and applicability of results.

3. Why is the particular topic chosen?

4. Need and Objectives of the study

5. Scope of this work – Should include various chapters of the topic

6. Review of Literature – A comprehensive summary of previous research on

the topic.

7. Evidence based presentation

8. Research Methodology

Data collection (Secondary data, Primary data, Sampling Method,

Questionnaire)
