To whom it may concern,

I am Ernesto Pracale Jr. I wrote this letter to tell that my grandmother named Gabriela Vizcarra Paulino
who passed away many years ago and I am kindly requesting to apply a Meralco line on her land
ownership of my deceased grandmother.

According to the procedure that the land ownership has to be passed down from her owner to her
children, this cannot be done any. Because due to the fact that all of her children are all permanently
living out of the country with his and her family and have no capacity to look after the land, the land is
said to be managed under my name. Below is the list of the children of my deceased grandmother from
eldest to the youngest.

4. Ernesto Paulino Tolentino – USA

Also, I apologize that I will not be able to present myself due to the reason that I have work. I am hoping
for your very kind consideration. Thus, I have a representative which I allow to sign any documents
regarding this request on my behalf, her name is Clarissa Estolloso.

Rest assured that I take full responsibility for this authorization and have no objection on this situation.
