1. Re: Entering into a Lease Agreement with Globe Telecom, Inc.,

– (i) to represent my rights and interest as co-owner of a parcel of land

more or less, located in Lapu-Lapu City; (ii) to negotiate, sign and execute
in my behalf the Lease Agreement and other pertinent document/s relative
thereto; (iii) to make representations, pay and settle the transfer taxes (if
any shall be due) with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other
fees required by pertinent agencies or instrumentalities of the government.

2. Delegation and/or power of substitution: At the discretion of my

attorney-in-fact and when circumstances so require, to sign and execute a
deed delegating the authority contained in this Special Power of Attorney
(SPA) to any person that my attorney-in-fact may deem fit and capable.

3. In general, for my attorney-in-fact or his substitute to do any

and all necessary acts to fully implement the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact

full power and authority requisite, necessary or proper to be done in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be
done under and by virtue of these presents.
