B. Solve the Following.

1.) Determine the general equation of the Circle whose center is (3, - 4 ) and whose
graph contain the point ( 2, -1).

2.) A Ferris wheel is elevated 2 meters above the ground. When a car reaches the highest
point on the Ferris wheel, its altitude from ground level is 32 meters. How far away from
the center, horizontally, is the car when it is at an altitude of 20 meters?
