Starting with kennel staff at a veterinarian facility, to becoming a Veterinary Technician and practicing both day and
emergency practice medicine. Additionally, I have experience as a HR Operations Manager for a 40,000 square
foot facility, that seen about 400 dogs come through its doors daily from Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Training
and a vast retail department, to a private dog park. As the HR Operations manager, I was just as much
responsible for the Human Resources aspect, as I was the financial management, and joining my team in the play
yards, cleaning kennels, grooming, training, interacting with clients, and front desk sales.
Collaborated with other department managers to meet facility demands and incentives towards associates.
Managed 96 associates from Pet Care Attendants, Bathers, Groomers, Receptionists, Dog Trainers, Kennel
Supervisors and Shift Leads.
Trained staff to deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and providing them with the tools
necessary to understand how to improve.
