Starting with kennel staff at a veterinarian facility, to becoming a Veterinary Technician and practicing both day and
emergency practice medicine. Additionally, I have experience as a HR Operations Manager for a 40,000 square
foot facility, that seen about 400 dogs come through its doors daily from Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Training
and a vast retail department, to a private dog park. As the HR Operations manager, I was just as much
responsible for the Human Resources aspect, as I was the financial management, and joining my team in the play
yards, cleaning kennels, grooming, training, interacting with clients, and front desk sales.

Managed a strong P&L for a 40,000 sq. ft. facility. Managed daily store operations, keeping high sale items in stock
throughout the day to meet customers needs, as well as maintaining a clean safe work environment for customers
to shop and employees to work.

Collaborated with other department managers to meet facility demands and incentives towards associates.

Managed 96 associates from Pet Care Attendants, Bathers, Groomers, Receptionists, Dog Trainers, Kennel
Supervisors and Shift Leads.

Trained staff to deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and providing them with the tools
necessary to understand how to improve.

Overall, I have managed a staff of 96 employees from a General Manager standpoint, to Human Resources hiring
and termination. I have had 9 managers working under me in my career and the remainder of employees and leads.

This is a live-on site position with housing provided. Are you YES NO

willing to re-locate? What is your timeframe for start?


I’m really excited about this opportunity and feel I could provide great value in this role. I would definitely be open to
relocation and look forward to learning more details around this. I would be open to discussion around start time,
although would have preference for around the 1st of the year.
