1.)
A. The type of obligation is Solidary obligation because each one of the debtors
is  bound to render, and /or each one of the creditors has a right to demand from any of
the debtors. It is a legal obligation because its a  loan. Since Ana cancels the loan by
100,000, the obligation is therefore for P50,000 only.

B. Yes, Ana condoned the debt, however there are three debtors which is Lorna,
Fe and Ana so the debt forgiveness can only occur on Ana's part on the debt and not for
the entire debt. Therefore, the amount would be revised based on the contribution of the
three and then Ana's part will be condoned later.

2.)
A. The kind of obligation involved in the problem is a Conditional obligation
specifically a suspensive condition for the reason that it involves a promise on the part of
the obligors, who are Harry and William, to deliver a bullet proof car to Elizabeth on the
day of her birthday. A real obligation consist in an obligation to give, this means that the
obligor promises to deliver something. At hand, the obligation to give a bullet proof car
to Elizabeth is classified as a real obligation to give.

B. In this case, the creditor which is Elizabeth is entitled to take appropriate

measures to protect her rights as well as prevent the debtors, William and Harry, from
being alienated or concealed from the property and is bound to give Elizabeth the
promised bulletproof car on the day of her birthday. In suspensive condition, the
obligation becomes demandable when the condition happens.
