Mathematical mindset is the ability to use numbers well, do reasoning correctly, process long mind lines

and digest logical or numeral patterns correctly. Many people consider that mathematical intelligence is
very important and must be possessed by everyone. Some of them also think that people who have
systematic intelligence will be more successful later.

Myself also agree that people with mathematical intelligence will be more successful, but is that the
only reason that makes people more successful? Of course not, it's not the only determinant of one's
success. There are so many other factors to master. So that these factors can be a driver for one's
success, one of which is skill and effort. Skill consists of two kinds of hard skills and soft skills. Hard skills
are abilities that can be honed through training and education. Mathematical intelligence itself belongs
to the type of hard skill. while soft skills, often called skills relate to people or emotional intelligence that
refers to the ability to interact comfortably with others. Soft skills can relate to the following:
Leadership, Communication, Negotiation, Management Skill, Business Skill, Critical thinking, Conflict
resolution, Problem solving, Negotiation, Emotional intelligence, Handing difficult people, Delivering
performance feedback, Working under pressure, Team work, Managing people, Time management, and
many more. In addition, effort is also needed to achieve success, the skills we have will be useless if not
balanced with effort. As the famous psychologist Angela Lee Duckworth said the phrase "talent count
but efforts count twice" means that talent or skill is important but effort is more important from that.

So that we can conclude that one's success is not only determined by one factor, but there are many
other factors that must be mastered. Mathematical intelligence will make a person more successful if
balanced with other skills and also a great effort to achieve success.
