As he arrived at his office, he suddenly felt difficulty in breathing. Few moments later, his secretary enter the room and saw
his boss about to fall on the floor and he immediately run towards him and call the ambulance.

The doctor and assigned Respiratory Therapist monitor the condition of Mr. Marquez. As they came out of the room
they ask for the relative of the patient.

The doctor explained the condition of Mr. Marquez to his kin. He asked if he’s willing to
sign the DNR or to continue the treatment. And kin decided to sign the DNR because he
don’t want Mr. Marquez to suffer.

I’m doing what’s best for Mr.

Marquez. I will sign the form to
end his suffering.
