Do you think that the Philippines have achieved the goals and functions of a Health
System?

I feel that the Philippines has gone a long way in providing its citizens with health
care. Yet, its objectives still seek to gain momentum for Filipinos to achieve
greater results. Although we are at the time when scientific and medical
knowledge has grown nearby, the country is far from satisfied that customers are
keen to change.
